Monel / Stainless Steel Conical Sintered Filter Element With Better Separation
Conical filter element is mainly used in chemical , pharmaceutical and beverage industries. Due to the shape of the filter,it can make the media get better diversion, filtration and separation.
It is made of our type D sintered wire mesh screens.Multiple layers of woven wire mesh laminated together using a diffusion-bonding process (more commonly known as sintering). This process combines heat and pressure to permanently bond
multi-layers of mesh together. The same physical process used to fuse individual wires together within a layer of wire mesh is also be used to fuse adjacent layers of mesh together. This creates a unique material offering excellent mechanical properties.
Multiple layers of diffusion-bonded wire cloth can be pleated to maximize filter area and on-stream life. Contaminants are captured on the upstream surface of the media, where it is easily removed or backwashed.
Our sintered mesh panels are manufactured in 300×1500 mm panels, these panels may be cut into smaller sections or laser cut into discs and custom shapes or formed into cones and cylinders. Larger sheets can be produced by welding several panels together, for applications such as fluid bed driers.
Sheet Sintering or true diffusion bonding, or sintering, is a process that utilizes time, temperature, pressure and atmosphere to realign and permanently bond the molecular elements of the alloy where they intersect or touch each other. This product is available in single or multiple layer construction. The process produces a stable, secure mesh that can be used for filtering and high pressure applications.
