Automatic Self-cleaning Sintered Filter Elements Used In Waste Water

Sintering is a process in which an enhanced woven wire cloth depends upon a molecular diffusion-bonding. This laminates the multiple layers of wire cloth and creates a diverse and highly useful class of permeable material, which is also termed as Multi-layer Sintered Wire Mesh/ Filter Media. These discs find their application in different applications.
This sintered filter elements are sintered by the punching plate and multi-layer stainless steel wire mesh. Due to the support of punching plate, it has the higher pressure and mechanical strength. Sintered filter elements are mainly used in food&beverage, water treatment, dust removing, pharmacy, polymer,etc. Sintered filter elements can be processed into various filters: tube, disc and sheet. The thickness of the punching plate and structure of the wire mesh can be customized according to the user’s requirements.
