Sintered filter elements are made of stainless steel mesh or perforated metal mesh, three, four or five layers, etc. according to the different multi-junction, stacked structure using the diffusion solid melting process and vacuum sintering surface layer filtering, pressing, rolling from. The material is easy molding, machining and welding, easy to produce and can be processed into a circular, cylindrical, conical, corrugated, and other filter elements of various shapes.
Application of sintered filter elements:
Widely used in engineering machinery(generators, trucks, excavators), mechanical equipment ,Petrochemical, metallurgy, Textile , environmental protection, nuclear industry etc.
For compressing the external dimension of filter finished products, increasing filter area and enlarge filtration capacity, the filter layer is generally folded into corrugated, pleating height of hydraulic filter is below 20mm.
